When do I pay Paypal for selling fees?

Hi-I am a relatively new seller.  I currently owe paypal about £21 but there`s no indication when that is paid por what date.  Is there a way I can arrange to pay thismonthly?  What`s the best thing to do./? Also cant click on old posts -= system then asks me if I want to leave this page?

Are you sure you don't mean you owe ebay fees??

Paypal fees are deducted BEFORE your payment from the buyer is put in your paypal balance.
