Warning about Virtual Terminal payments

Hi,
Just wanted to let people know there has been an issue with virtual terminal for a few days.
We took 4 payments on Thursday last week - I was in a rush and it wasn't until I finished the last one that I realised it hadn't given the usual "TRansaction successful" screen.
I then checked the account and only 1 payment of the four had actually registered. I logged out and waited a while because I didn't want to risk double charging. Nothing.
Next day, I rang paypal to check and was told they were working on "intermittent" issue with virtual terminal. some payments were going through but some weren't.
Crucially, it doesn't alert you to the fact that payment has not gone through - there is no error screen.
I was told paypal is working on it - but have just taken a payment today (Monday) and it appears that hasn't gone through.
So, if you take payment by VT - check if all payments in past few days have been captured.
We haven't had any email from paypal to warn us about this problem. They should always alert people to a problem like this.
