Unclaimed status on money sent to a friend

I've sent money to a friend, which is not the first time, never had a problem and her e-mail is in my address book. 

But for the first time, money sent has an "unclaimed" status and it shows on her paypal account, but not on her balance. 

Any clues about this? She needs to get this money asap!
