Unable to send money.

Hey Guys,

I'm having trouble sending money to my friend after I click "Continue" it takes me to a - Quick Security Check - 

"Receive a text" Please add a phone. 

I've updated my phone number & It's still not letting me go thru this. Any suggestions?
