Unable to process payment.

I have sold an item on eBay to someone in South Korea who has paid and the transaction appears on my Paypal home page.

I try to access the details, but when I click on the transaction it just 'greys out' or freezes and I get a message to the effect that the action cannot be carried out, please try again later, I have tried several times to repeat the action and get the same response.  I have never seen this before, is it because the payment has come from South Korea, or is it a problem with the system.

Any help/advice/information will be gratefully received.

Can I ask if you can try clearing your cache and cookies and try this on a different browser to see if that helps?

It sounds as though there may be a slight issue when trying to access the link you are clicking so if you try following these steps it should help to resolve the issues you're experiencing.
