Unable to pay an invoice from different country

I received an invoice from a friend from USA, and I´m from Uk. The issue is when I try to update the country from USA to UK on invoice payment page. When I update the country in order to enter my credit card info, I just receive a blank page. I already uinstalled flash, java, etc and nothing. The same issue persists with all browsers. What else can I do?
