UK Developer Account Setup

Hi,

Newie question - I couldn't see any other posts with this issue.  

I am trying to setup a UK developers account, the sign-up form from developer.paypal.com says to goto www.paypal.com if you're outside the US.  

However, I went to the UK Sandbox help page and Sign Up link shows a 503.  I've also tried going direct to the main Sandbox page, but using the Sign Up link also shows a 503.

Which page should I be using to create my developer account?

Hi pthorp,

Welcome to the community forum. Sorry to hear you are having an issue getting a Sandbox account set up.

Here's how you do it:

1. Go to https://developer.paypal.com
2. Click ‘Log in with PayPal’ to log in with your PayPal acount details.
3. Enter the required information and click ‘Log in’.
4. In the 'Applications' tab, Select 'Sandbox Accounts’.
5. Click ‘Create account’.
6. Complete the form, and then click ‘Create Account.’.

I have checked through the steps so you shouldn't get any errors but if you do give our customer service a call. They'll be able to help.
