Transaction not showing.

Hi, I sell items on eBay and have never had any problems before this. I sold one the other day and the transaction is saying the customer has paid on eBay but I have no record on PayPal. I've double checked I had the correct email address on the listing. Is there anything else I can do?

Have you checked with the buyer to see if the money has left their PayPal account?

Yeah apparently it has left they're account. I'm puzzled as this has never happened to me before?!
