The transaction could not be completed

Hi, I am not able to do transaction using paypal. The message showing "We're sorry, but your transaction couldn't be completed using the selected card, MasterCard x-3116. This happened because it has been denied by the card issuer." I have checked with my bank and the account is not blocking, it is authorized to do any transaction via paypal. Can anyone help me? Tq.

You need to check with customer services on this one as no one here can view your paypal account to see what the problem is >>>

 

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
