on 22/6/2016 I purchased a door knocker from SSInternational of Bradford,BD10 9QT.I returned it on 27/06/2016 and despite several telephone calls and e-mails they refuse to respond,except,when I threatened them that I will report the matter to Paypal they asked me my Paypal account number so that they can transfer the money,The only ref.I have is on my Visa statement of June 2016 and the ref. is 3531436900(.It is a small amount but it is the principle of it) Can any one have any idea pl

U have 180 days from transaction date

Firstly did you pay as a paypal guest OR by logging in to your paypal account?
Secondly did you send the item back TRACKABLE so it proves delivery of the item back to the seller.
If not then it may not be worth your while opening a dispute.
