If I sell a virtual item to someone and they pay first, would they be able to claim their money back after they recieve the item that I give them?
I'm just worried as i've heard all sorts of things when it comes to selling virtual goods.

They can file a dispute for non receipt of item and you would have to fulfil certain criteria to prove to paypal that your buyer did receive the item (don't ask what as i don't know as paypal have only just changed the rules on virtual items).
They can also file for an unauthorised transaction ie their account was hacked but paypal would investigate that but if it was true and the hacker bought the item then you may well lose money as their is no seller protection for virtual items.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
