I would like to send £550 to Turkey as payment for some suspension forkls I found in the classified section of PinkBike website.
Paypal does not work in Turkey. The seller has offered for me to pay his American friend who has an international bank account and therefore is able to use PayPal.
Would I be covered to do this with PayPal Goods and services - if the transactionn is not to the seller?
Also would I incur inport charges if the Item is a private sale and the seller has proof of purchase?
