Scammed by someone on depop

Just yesterday I bought a make up palette that I saw on depop and paid over PayPal. The seller assured me that it was real and showed proof of purchase. She then gave me her email and I gave my home address. I paid through PayPal. Today I attempted to message her on Depop and the message failed to send. I then clicked on her account and it said the user has not been found. I used the email she sent me to send her a message asking if she'd sent the item off yet. It failed to go through and went straight to my outbox. This leads me to believe she also deleted her email. I'm very unhappy with this outcome and am not sure what to do next. Help????

File a dispute for non receipt of item via the ''resolve a problem link'' in your paypal account and go from there.
Advice is voluntary.
