My dad is in a nursing home so I am trying to deal with his affairs. He had some automatic payments set up in Paypal which I have no cancelled. However it took me a couple of months to find his password, and so only managed to log into Paypal two days after one of these payments was made. The company concerned refunded the money 15 days ago, but it is not showing in the Paypal account (which is showing a negative balance because of the transaction). Why is it not showing in Paypal?
To be perfectly honest I'm finding Paypal to be EXTREMELY frustrating. If your query doesn't fit certain pre-set questions it's impossible to contact them.
I've got to the stage now where I'm going to say 'to **bleep** with you Paypal, you can whistle for the money'.
