I recently purchased an item on Depop. When it arrived it was clear the product was fake, I opened a disputed and requesteda refund from the seller. He agreed and sent me an offer for a partial refund once I send the product back. I sent the product back last Friday and am yet to hear from him.
i have attempted to contact him multiple times but I get no reply. On my activity the refund appears as "unclaimed" I cannot elevate the dispute to a claim as the option is not there
How could a refund to your account show unclaimed on your end. It should say Accept / Deny and you would click Accept. Where do you see 'Unclaimed'? In the Resolution Center or on your account activity page?
