Receiving money form Israel

Hi everyone,

just sold something to Israel and this guy has problem with sending me money. He says that my PayPal is limited to receiving money only from UK. I can't find any settings regarding this restrictions...

Do you have a business account?

Is it an ebay transaction?

Is he sending funds in his own currency or in sterling?
