Received payment, but no money in Paypal balance

Hi there,

So I received a payment earlier, which is showing as complete, but my Paypal balance is still empty. I've confirmed my email with my Paypal account, I've been using this account for about 5-6 years now, haven't gotten this issue before I don't believe.

Does anyone know if there's some delay in payments being received currently, or whether this is an issue on my end? And if the latter, any advice on how to resolve it?

Is the payment listed in your paypal transaction history?

Did you get email confirmation that the payment was received?

Or is it just not showing up in your balance?

Was it an international transaction?

Was it in your currency or anothers?
