hello again. what will happen if the funds are reversed?

I failed to respond on the deadline given to me by Paypal via email regarding my transaction. in the email, it said that if I failed to respond within the given time, the case will be closed and the funds will be reversed. what does that mean? I have not received a reply from the one you sent me the payment.

I'm new to paypal so do not know what to do. please help me.

From information you have provided it looks like a buyer dispute has been opened and without your response within given time, usually 10 day it has been closed automatically with funds being reversed to the buyer.
