Hi Amat979,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community Forum!
Do you know that you can use a Currency Converter on your PayPal account to check the currency conversion rate and to know exactly how much money you will need to fund the transaction?
To access the Currency Converter simply click on PayPal balance or Withdraw money options and you will see a link to relatively Manage Currencies and Currency Converter.
Also when you will be initiating the transaction, you will see the transaction break down which you will be asked to review and accept to proceed.
Hope it helps.
Anna
