I purchased a postage label to send a package I sold on ebay, however when I opened it to print it off the image was blank. No matter how many times I re-freshed the page or used different browsers it wouldnt show.
So I had to buy it again, and this time it worked. I've requested a refund for the one that didn't work (Proof in image below) but I've heard nothing from
paypal. Parcelforce have said it's not their problem to re-fund me ( and I can't make a dispute or a claim because postage labels aren't covered by the buyer protection claims.

Do I just accept the fact that I paid double for something because one didn't work and there's nothing I can do about it or can paypal do something about this ? I would expect them to answer me by now but I'm not convinced due to me not being able to dispute this transaction and not had any responses about my refund since 11th July.
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
