I have in the last 4 days sent 17 emails to paypal and not received a reply to any.
I wish to close my accont and cannot as there is a balance of £81.00 in it.
I have given up all hope of ever getting that or a response to my email.
I have a family member who is a lawyer and she has adviced me that I need to close the paypal account before I can take the kind of legal action she has in mind.
I have explained in my emails that I am a disabled person with hearing problems and cannot phone customer support, but still have had no replies
I have told paypal that I do now not expect to ever see my money they hold and to close the account and I will retreive this in costs via the courts.
Please let me close my account so I can proceed with my action.

As I explained in my post, I have emailed customer services 17 times and got no response.
I cannot contact them by phone as I have explained due to being hard of hearing. Also all contact must be by email so I am able to have responses in writing.

So what are we supposed to do, we can't close your account for you, only customer services can.
