Pending transfer

Hi,

What has changed with paypal, the last 8 withdrawls have gone into my account instantly,

now stuck on pending, have been on ebay/paypal for over 10 years, I want to withdrawl £67 and stuck on Pending?

Withdrawals take 2-24 hours unless you get an email to say it would take 72 hours as a paypal security hold.
