What PayPal are doing is wronge I've been a good customer with them for years and I've got 100% positive feed back with eBay and been with them for years How much intreast are they making on all or peddling payments Then we get a fee from them too ?????? Not a re fund for them holding our money ?????

New seller hold that every new seller goes through.
Positive feedback is not one of the criteria for early release of funds.

EVERY seller on ebay has gone through it and as it weeds out poor sellers most don't mind.
