I have a kind of different question, this is my first time really using PayPal and I am a little confused. So I had some money in my pay pal account. I transferred this to a bank account linked to my account. Now it is saying it is pending. I am a little concerned. The card that was linked to my account is in my mothers name. Is this why it is pending? And if so how could I fix this. It has been longer than they said it would be and this money is needed. I can't wait. Or is there a way I can cancel this and try to send it to her a different way. Please help. Thank you.
