Paypal withdraw to credit card pending

Hello, today i became verified paypal member and i withdrawed my money to my credit card , but it said 3 days will be reviwed and it pending now , can someone explain me a bit more specific what means that ? after 3 days my money will be delivered in my credit card ?

Also i am not from UK , i am from Romania

I'm sorry to hear that your recent withdrawal to your card is currently showing as pending on your account.
