I have the following problem when trying to make a Paypal payment to a company for payment of using their services. The Paypal payment process is requesting that the payment comes from the registered credit card with Paypal instead of the payment being taken out of Paypal funds.
I contacted the company to try to find out the reason why the Paypal payment could not be taken from funds instead of my credit card, they replied:
"As far as we know, this will be due to your settings on your PayPal account. I would recommend speaking to PayPal and asking them if you can amend this."
Any idea where these settings are?
