Paypal holding money

I have sold via PayPal previously. Last week the buyer collected an item after paying £499 via PayPal.  Have advised paypal that all went well and buyer has posted positive report. Paypal are holding my money and I cannot get an answer as to why other than there is a release date of 2nd may. I sold the item because I needed the money. Paypal have taken more than £17 in fees. This is a disgrace and I will never use this systemplate again

BUT why did you accept paypal for an item that was to be collected?

Its the only time that Ebay allow you to list cash on collection only and refuse paypal.

If you had done that you would have had cash in hand / no hold / and no paypal fees.

Probably just as well you won't use that ''systemplate'' again as you don't appear to understand how it works anyway.

Not paypal or ebays fault you did not read up on selling first.
