Hi,
I have just sent £200 to a family member (using the Send to Family/Friends option). I sent 4 sums of £50, simply because I've found sending over £50 a time can take ages.
After doing this and checking it reached the other account I found that paypal decided to send 6 payments of £50 (there was no clicking multiple times, it was done 4 times only). I've also noticed that 5 of those payment had a fee of £1.90 on them, so clicking the Send More button automatically chooses the non Friend/Family option.
Who would be the correct person to contact to get this fixed?
