This is really difficult to explain. Someone please help. At first, if I shopped and paid for something on ebay, and if I selected Paypal as payment method, it would only proceed if there was funds in my bank account (not paypal balance) and the funds would leave my bank account almost immediately. I'm not sure what's changed, the only thing I can think of is I sold something for the first time on eBay and received payment via Paypal. But now, when I shop and pay via Paypal, it will always proceed whether I have funds in my bank account or not. Paypal then has a minus balance and after a few days collects the funds from my bank account. I don't really want it like this and need it to be the way it was.
