Payments sent, money gone, no transaction history

It appears 3 payments I have made have left my account however no transaction history is present from neither I nor the receiver. Help on this is appreciated A.S.A.P. Thank you.

I have the same problem 😞 The money is gone from my account and the one I sent it to did not recieve it...
