Payments from eBay not showing in my account

I have sold a number of items today.  Quite a few have been paid for but about half of the transactions are not showing in my account.  Ebay is showing them being paid but there is no transaction in my PayPal account.  I'm not a new seller, nothing is being withheld, everything is verified and the email for payments in eBay is the correct one with no typos.  So what's going on?  Is this an eBay or PayPal issue?  Has anyone else had this problem?  Is there a solution?  Or do I just have to contact PayPal or eBay customer service in the morning when they open up?
