Today I paid over £250 for an item using part Paypal funds and the rest from my bank. I went to pay for the item on the website and it said sorry,Paypal has refused your payment! I then went to my bank account to check and the payment has been taken from my bank account but not showing any sign in Paypal at all...very strange!
