Payment received emails not being received

Daily, on about 10% of our sales, we DO NOT get an email confirmation from Paypal
It just appears in our account and as a sold item on ebay
Problem is that if it is a payment from our ecommerce web site, we dont know about it, unless welog into paypal and go through the received payments to see if any "extras" have been received!

You should receive an email communication for all your transactions.
As we cannot see your PayPal account we recommend you to contact us through Facebook or Twitter, or you can call us for free to our Customer Service line 0800 358 7911. We're open from 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday, from 8am to 9pm on Saturday and from 9am to 9pm on Sunday.
Once you contact us by any of these options, we will be able to help you and resolve the issue.
