Sorry if this is a dupe, I did search but could not find a post that was not in relation to a sale of some kind 🙂
My SO's bank card expired and he sent his remaining funds to me via paypal so we could actually use it.
It was sent as an eCheque which was fine, we waited the 10 days and it should have cleared today.
HOWEVER, paypal is now saying that the payment has been received but is pending and I may not be able to access it for 21 days?!
To clarify:
-This is not a new paypal account
-We have sent money to eachother many times in the past
-We used the 'freinds and family' option
-This transaction is in no way related to a sale of an item or ebay
Why has our money been held? We were not given any warning this would happen and we need that money.
I am on the phone to them now but have been on hold for about 20 minutes, can anyone help?
