Payment received but no balance available to withdrawl

Hello

So I just recv'd payment for an item I sold on eBay last night.

The payment shows as being recv'd but my balance is saying 0... I can switch to the classic site and convert the money to different currencies but cannot withdrawl. Everytime I try it tells me my balance is zero and to come back when I have funds in my account.

Been on Pay Pal for years and havent had this happen before. And I want to withdrawl the funds into my bank account.

Nvm... Found out its a glitch with the new site update apparently... Switched to the classic site and everything taken care of. Money taken out.
