Payment pending

A payment was made to me from an eBay purchase.

in the email from PayPal it stated that the payment could take a few minutes to appear in my account.

i chose to withdraw the money but it still shows pending hours later.

what are the reasons for this?

Do you mean its pending AFTER you clicked to withdraw it??

Or do you mean its pending IN your paypal account balance?

ok then do you have a linked and confirmed bank account linked to your paypal account?

If so then its normally 2-24 hours pending UNLESS you get an email to say its subject to a security hold of 72 hours.
