Payment on hold

Two weeks ago I sol an item on ebay, the person paid by Paypal and he came an collected the item, my money is on hold . £364 is a lot of money to me. Does anyone know why this is and how I can get it. I have contactedc the buyer and he has no complaints about the item he brought.

BUT Ebay allows you to list items that are for collection with ''cash on collection only''.

This is because there is no paypal seller protection for items that are collected.

That way you could have had cash in hand / not had to wait 21 days / no risk of a paypal dispute for non receipt which you would lose without a tracking number / and paid no paypal fee.
