Payment not received

Can anyone help me please. I have contacted Paypal but not had a reply as yet.

 

I had two payments that have been made into my account, one I have received a notification email and the other I have not received an email. Neither payments are showing in my Paypal account.

 

Can anyone advise please. Many thanks.

Welcome to the community forum. 

 

The first thing to check is that the email address that the person send the money to is confirmed on your account. If it is not confirmed the payment won't go through.

Remember, if you are selling don't ship your item until you can see the payment arriving in your PayPal account.
