Payment/funds *on hold*

My payment is in hold but this is not for goods or services it is my refund....so how can i get my money??

Is your refund showing as 'pending' or 'temporary hold'?

It was pending now showing on hold an sayin it will be on hold till 30th sept?! This isnt for a service or goods its a refund 😣

In that case the seller has not used the 'refund' option but the 'send money' option.

The refund option is available for 180 days post payment.

If the seller did not want to use the refund option (though don't know why) then they should have selected the friends / family option which meant your refund would have been instant.
