Payment Pending/On HOLD

Why are my payments which were pending now ON HOLD?  I do not see any reason for this.  Goods sent and received by customer.  Positive feedback received yet still no payment.  Holding payments for no reason will put off a lot of people form using Paypal.  They are quick enough to take their fee but not quick enough to pay the seller.

Well you actually was the one that said it was ''on hold for 7 -21 days''.

You did not say it was a  ''review'' which normally only lasts 1-2 days max.

But actually you could well be on the hold as having a new ebay i.d. can trigger the hold for that i.d.

Never heard of that one and as paypal has nothing to do with ebay now as they are separate companies i am not sure that is correct.

That would certainly deter newbies on ebay and if every seller did it then we would run out of buyers.
