Paying from UK Account but from our Dollars

Hi All,

We have a UK paypal account, but we collect in two currencies Sterling and US Dollars.

We now want to use the US Dollars to transfer money to someone in the USA

I want to make sure that when we use the SEND money function that it will use the Dollars and not convert from our UK sterling.

Would it make a difference if we changed the primary account to Dollars, it is currently sterling.

Also what fees are involved for us and or the receiver?

Hope someone can help.

Thanks for posting on the Community Forum about this.

If you're choosing to send a payment in USD, any money held on your USD balance would be used first. If the amount of the payment you're sending is greater than your USD balance, you may want to transfer additional funds over to USD to ensure that there is a sufficient USD balance first.
