Paying by paypal problem

I have always paid through paypal on ebay on the buy now pay lata option and yesterday when i tried to pay it kept saying there was a problem , i couldnt even pay notmally through paypal spoke to paypal and they said theres nothing wring on my account what could this be ?

There may be few different reasons for a payment attempt being refused. Usually there is an issue with a funding source and at times the security system may refuse a transaction.
