paypal has received payment from a third party but now refuses to hand it over, there is no contact number, should I take them to court? Is this a scam?
they are just out to gain heavily financially themselves 25 days im waiting for my money 25 days and not a penny interest just taking their fees wish there was another service like paypal that didnt act for their own gain continually. Im sick of using my money to post stuff then wait 25 days to get it back!
Navigating around their continually everchanging complex website to contact them takes an eternity also then when you eventually do get through theres nothing they can do. My pending monies are not even showing in my account so i have to keep track! Iv got e bay fees to pay too out my own pocket its just not acceptable for holds of this timeframe when they are acting as a third party.
