I have today added £50 to my Playstation account, and as it's during a promotional period with PayPal, I should have had £10 refunded to my PP account, but as yet it hasn't been added. I know I have only added it today, and should wait to see if it's added before complaining. However, I am not complaining, just wondering when it's likely to come through? A day? A week? A month?
It could be that some of the conditions for the promotion were not met. It may be worth checking all the terms established here
