Not receiving some PayPal payments via my website

I have been using PayPal on my website for some time now, with no problems at all with customers being automatically directed to PayPal when they checkout.

 

The customer usually then receives a confirmation email from PayPal, as do I.

 

Recently two customers have been directed to the PayPal checkout stage as usual, filled in all their PayPal details and then have been directed back to my website as normal. However they have received no confirmation receipt from PayPal, I haven't received notification of payment received, and the money is not in my account and hasn't left the customer's account.

 

Other transactions go through fine, it seems a random occurance. I have contacted my website people, they see no problems at their end.

 

Any suggestions please what the problem may be?
