Not receiving payment

I recently used the 'pay for good or service' transaction method to pay for some tickets.

 

Payment has been taken from my bank, however the seller has not received the money?

 

Please help!

You need to double check with the seller that the email address they provided was the current one and had no spelling mistakes in it.

 

Also what does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account.

 

1. Unclaimed.

2. Unclaimed with a cancel option.

3. Completed.

It says 'complete' Double checked the email addeess and it is correct. In addition, my bank statement says 'VTCLuxembourg' as supposed to the transaction identity paypal said I should see 'Elliott93 elli' Thanks

OK then you need to double check with the seller that the email address he gave you is in fact his and he has not made a mistake with a type meaning the payment has gone elsewhere.
