Not receiving email notifications for invoices

I'm not receiving my email notifications for invoices from certain vendors, but I am from others. The vendor said she has an invoice number and everything on her end, but I'm not getting them. Please help.

Only customer services can help you with this and see if its an account issue or a computer issue.

 

So you need to call them.
