I recived money from a EBay deal which was held and was the released 12/17/16 and around 9 am EST. I immidietly tried to purchase holiday gifts and it wouldn't go through, I then tried to send money (0.01) and wouldn't go through. I contacted customer support and they said wait 24 hours which I did and still have the same problem. I've tried different devices, browsers, and cleared my cookies. I desperately need to buy gifts for the holidays and need to know how I can stop it from not letting me spend and why it's doing this.
