Not able to receive payments?

HI so my 2 friends, one from the uk and one from spain are trying to send me money but its giving both of them an error messaging saying try again later, but they are able to send other people money, is there a problem with my account? just wondering

No idea you would need to ask customer services that question as only they can view your account.

Is it 100% completed?

It was 80% completed all i needed was to use the mobile app, i was on the app for about 1 hour and nothing changed, so i upgraded my account to a business, now im not sure how to check
