Sold something on ebay, was paid and paypal are holding my money. No easy way of contacting them. Now taking their cut or "fees" yet not letting me have my money. Totally disgusting! Any idea how I can speed up the process so I can get my money and close my account?
If your Paypal account is new then your funds are held for about 21 days or until positive feedback is received or something along those lines. It's the same for every new account. You can try prompting your buyer to leave feedback.
